Why Standardized Contracts?

Traditional contracting can be expensive, slow and filled with uncertainty. Even minor agreements require lawyers to review dozens of pages to ensure nothing unfair is hidden in the fine print. This back‑and‑forth costs both parties time and thousands in legal fees, delaying your deal and frustrating everyone involved.

Standardized Contracts change that paradigm. We start from fair, pre‑vetted templates crafted by experienced attorneys. You and your partner only negotiate what really matters – the specifics of your deal. Everything else stays consistent and balanced.

How to Create a Contract

  1. Choose a Template: Log in to Standardized Contracts and select the contract type you need (e.g., Non‑Disclosure Agreement, Service Agreement, Independent Contractor Agreement).
  2. Fill in Key Details: Enter the parties’ names and emails, then input variable terms like pricing, start date and term length via our guided form.
  3. Apply Variations: Need to tweak a clause? Reference the clause number and describe your change – like removing a court‑order disclosure exception.
  4. Review & Sign: Double‑check all details. Then sign electronically. You’ll be charged securely via Stripe: either $18 for a single contract or nothing extra if you’re on the unlimited plan.
  5. Partner Notification: Your partner receives an email with a link to review the standard template and your proposed variations side by side.
  6. Fast Negotiation or Instant Agreement: They can accept your changes and sign immediately. If they want adjustments, they can propose edits directly in the platform and you’ll be notified.
  7. Deal Closed: Once both sides agree and sign, you each receive a signed PDF copy of the contract for your records. Congratulations – you skipped the boilerplate hassle!
